There were 20,000 products announced at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in the beginning of January. Since there is no way to begin to scratch the surface, I will tell you about a few of the things that stood out.
Here's a few apps and devices that will add some fun and sanity to your holiday!
Tech the TV
With all the technology available to stream to your TV there's no reason you can't watch National Lampoons Christmas Vacation (Netflix), Frosty the Snowman or Miracle on 34th Street (Hulu+) whenever you please. If you are a member of Redbox Instant, Hulu+ or Netflix, choose from hundreds of great Christmas classic movies as well as tons of Christmas specials or the Christmas episode of your favorite TV show. If you don't have a Playstation, XBOX or Wii you can pick up a device like the Google Chromecast ($35) that will stream videos like below to your TV. (Sorry about the ads-they only take 30 seconds.)
How much would you love me if I could tell you what 1 in 3 people want for Christmas?
TNS conducted a survey in September 2013 among 2,500 adults representative of the U.S. household population over 18 years of age.
