I recently wrote an article about a new product Wireless Zone® is promoting, called Textecution. It's an application that can be installed on any Android device which will prohibit texting, emailing or browsing the internet in a car when the speed of 10mph is surpassed.

If you haven't read the Textecution article, its a good resource if you want to know some facts, or watch an Oprah show regarding distracted driving.

Well that's all well and good but it doesn't stop there. There are many other types of distracted driving.

I think its safe to say that almost everyone does something while they are driving that probably doesn't afford you the ability to commit your full attention to the road. 77% of the people that took a survey in Oprah's O magazine admitted to texting while driving.

In putting this survey together I realized I definately have my own opinion about what I think of texting while driving or putting on make-up and how dangerous I think it is.

I have seen and/or done other things while driving that I'm willing to bet would astound you. Now I want to hear from you. Please take the following survey. Its only six questions and will not take more than two minutes. Then check back for the results in a week or two so I have a chance to tally results from the blog, twitter, facebook and if I can throw together a video pretty quick, YouTube.. I'm willing to bet many of us will be surprised what things cause us to take our eyes off the road.
