You can block up to 5 number from calling & texting and up to 15 email addresses (name@name.com), domains (www.domain.com), and/or text names (nickname@vtext.com). Or you can cut to the chase and block all text messages sent from the web or block all text messages sent from email.

Unfortunately you can't do anything about blocked or restricted calls. You have to have a # or email address to be able to block these spam efforts.
